• Execution of tourism operations and reservation processes 
• Provision of platform services 
• Execution of customer support processes 
• Ensuring system security 
• Carrying out billing and financial transactions 
• Fulfillment of legal obligations 

purposes.

Data Uploading User Declaration

As the user uploading data to the platform;

• I declare that the data I transfer to the system has been obtained lawfully 
• I declare that the necessary permissions and notifications have been made 
• I declare that I do not violate the rights of third parties

Commercial Service and Pricing Acceptance

The user accepts that the RawdahBooking platform;

• Is a paid software service (SaaS) 
• Provides operational services and transaction infrastructure 
• Transactions carried out are charged on a contractual basis 
• These fees are invoiced by Rawdahbooking 

accepts.

Limitation of Liability

The user accepts that they are directly responsible for;

• Their own data entries 
• Agency and third-party data uploads 
• Unlawful procurement of data 

accepts.

Rawdahbooking is only responsible to the extent that it provides the platform infrastructure.

Final Acceptance

By using the platform, the user declares that they accept all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
