No refunds are provided for:

Unavailable appointments
No suitable dates found
System congestion

4. External Reasons

No refunds for:

Nusuk system issues
Official authority decisions
Entry denial

5. Payment Methods

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable
Card payments are non-refundable after completion

6. Exceptions

Exceptions may only be considered if a clear technical error caused directly by RawdahBooking is proven.
