No refunds are provided for:

• Unavailable appointments
• No suitable dates found
• System congestion

4. External Reasons

No refunds for:

• Nusuk system issues
• Official authority decisions
• Entry denial

5. Payment Methods

• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable
• Card payments are non-refundable after completion

6. Exceptions

Exceptions may only be considered if a clear technical error caused directly by RawdahBooking is proven.
